3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Photonergy operates on a per-qualified-lead pricing model with the following structure:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who meets the following criteria:

7. Intellectual Property

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to the termination date.
